POOR POST SALE SERVICE AND

I purchased a VW Touereg R5 TDI and I am disgusted. The vehicle price agreed was R169 995 and at the end of the day the bill came to R179 995. This Darryn, attempted salesman added microdot and stuff that I was not consulted on and that with the vehicle already having microdot installed when it was bought new. Then the car was not serviced after I was told it is serviced. We agreed that Pinecars will pay 50% of the service cost and for the last 2 months I have been waiting for this payment. I trusted Darryn to be honest and professional with this deal since I cannot personally inspect the vehicle and that a person will be collecting the vehicle. BEWARE of Darryn and Pinecars at 87 Crompton St, Pinetown. They are the most unprofessional people and company I have ever had dealings with.
