9/10/13 went to extend the car rental by a week from 7/10/13 and R 2090 was taken from my account, Friday Russell Rankin phones me to inform me that I need to return the car by Thursday 11am (which was confusing as I had asked for a week extension) so I told him that I would need to extend to 17/10/13 and he informed me that I needed to pay an additional R 1520. I checked my account this morning yesterday 14/10/13 two transactions were effected by Avis on TWO separate bank accounts. My business account for R 1 454, 75 and my personal account for R 4 813, 82 totalling R 6 268, 57 which is addition to R 1404, 96 on 2/10/2013 and R1 174, 69 on 2/10/2013 and R 3000, 00 on 21/09/2013 when I first got the car. I need the refund of R 4 813, 82 on my personal account to be reversed URGENTLY as it has been provisioned for other expenses. I have debits going out by 12:00 today 15/10/2013. Thanks
