NOT A PROUD OWNER OF A VW POLO

I'm not a proud owner of a VW Polo 6 2013 Model which only has 27000km on the clock and has been for one service. On the 14/10/2013 I was on my way to work when my car engine started over heating, I managed to get to work, however when I was driving home the same incident happened I then managed to arrive home safely, I then called VW assist and they were not helpful at all, I was told that they would not provide me with a courtesy vehicle and the lady I spoke to was very rude. I both my car on in February 2013 and as a woman I never expected that much trouble I would have with a brand new car, I chose VW for the.ir name and brand but it seems like I was incorrect in thinking that I had made the right choice. This is my third VW car I purchased, I am a loyal customer and don't expect this kind of treatment. after my experience today I will much unlikely not consider buying another VW car. I am very disappointed in the service I received.
