No Courtesy vehicle

Hi,
2months ago i bought a brand new Polo Vivo 1.4 Zest, this morning there was steam coming from out the engin (I check my water and oil every time i fill up my car) pulled onto the side of the road, and everything was boiling.
Contacted VW's roadside assistance (which took quite long to reach me), they took my car to VW Lindsay saker midrand (as this was the closest as per the call centre), and once again no courtesy vehicle available. They never have any cars available as i serviced my previouse car there, they can't even look at the car today as they are to busy, and was told it should only be ready in 5days. That is the reason i bought a new car, not to have problems (I understand sometimes they do, but THEN ASSIST someone when a car is still new). If i had a choice i wouldn't have taken it to Lindsay saker as out of past experience i know they never have courtesy cars available. How do i get to and from work now?
