Ram Hand To Hand Couriers
Bad communication

On 24/12/13 I made contact with Ram Couriers.
I had a ref no and was told that delivery would be between 10am and 11am.
Phoned at 11:30 to be told that the delivery address was wrong. The right address was given and delivery was to be same day.
At 14:15 had to phone again. Got the run-around and told to wait.
At 16:00 I phoned again - only to be told that my delivery would only be on Friday???
In the light that this parcel is a Christmas gift, I am highly disappointed.
If I was informed the delivery time at the second call other arrangements could have been made but at 16:00 pm???

You don't live-up to your TV adds - Is the only thing I can say!!!
