Negligence to the MAX

Delivery was on time and prompt... delivery guy on the other hand was rude and negligent. Delivery man got lost and called me with an attitude I gave him correct spelling of street and he told me he would be there shortly I told him to ask for me at reception. When he arrived at reception he asked for me and they told him to wait yet he called me several times on my cellphone and due to the nature of my work my phone is on silent most of the day. Almost at reception I answered my phone n said id be there in a few seconds as I was In the opposite building. Forget my id book he did not even ask for my name. He handed me my credit card and said sign here and when I did I saw all the details had been filled in on my behalf such as time of delivery and date and my name etc. He did not ask for my id book or even my name. He could have handed my credit card to any stranger n left. I spoke to Brandon at complaints and he said he would look into this. FNB needs a new courier company!
