Delivery of package

I ordered a Samsung S4 phone from Cell C that had it delivered to PE on the 11.09.2013, I then called RAM who said they would have it delivered to CAPE TOWN. They received it on the 12.09.2013. I called RAM the morning and they said that it was sent out. On Friday the 13.09.2013 I called RAM and they once again told me it will be delivered today I then lost a whole day of work because I left work and waited whole day for no on to actually come. I then left it as it was weekend. Monday morning on the 16.09.2013 they told me the exact same thing and I responded they needed to deliver the phone between 4 - 5 as I only get home at 4 from work. The lady on the phone told me it cant be done and I told her well I lost a whole day of work because of Ram so dont tell me it cant be done she then spoke to a manager called me back and said it was approved. Again no delivery. Yesterday the 17.09.2013 I spoke to the driver who said he was here on the 16.09.2013. So I told him I was home so what time were you here and he couldnt answer. They came at 16:30 on the 17.09.2013. I did not know I needed a copy of my id for them to take so they took the package and said they will come today. Im waiting.
