GWM Worst Experience Ever - Never buy

Had car serviced, car had some problems that we would like fixed under warranty claim. The lady said it takes 21 days because approval needs to go through head office and papers usually gets lost. It is now over a month and no joy.

Complaints:
1) Fuel leaking on fill up, raised the issue - they found no issue - for me they did not even look. This problem started after a service in Vereeniging and they said they will fix it on the next service? How can one even tell a client that?
2) Car broke down shortly after service - battery terminals was not cleaned - this should be checked on every service?
3) Lock on boot is broken, I was told it will take some time because it is import - I walked to spares and they said if I pay R 280, I can have it in two days!!???
4) They did not have courtesy drivers to collect or drop of, had to take a bus
5) Complained by sending a message to the Facebook group - they said they will organise some help. No response no nothing

Bottom line: Never ever buy GWM and any car that falls in the same group - why is service so pathetic?
