I thought my car had an issue with its coilpack and phoned the dealer with regards to fixing it under warranty. I live in Stellenbosch which is 30km away from the dealer in Paarl. Not only did they collect and return my car but they also correctly diagnosed the problem the first time and fixed it.

I basically did nothing except for leaving my car at home and when I returned it was fixed. Excellent service :-)
