Faulty Product and No Solution!

Earlier on this year we purchased a vehicle from Hyundai in Paarl. Subject to Paarl selling the vehicle we ordered, we received a different one which was fine. However the driver door was not fitted onto the vehicle properly and as a result when you travel at speeds exceeding 100km per hour there is an aweful whiste in your ear. We reported it to Paarl who told us that when the car goes in for its service to mention it and then it will be fixed. The vehicle went to the Brackenfell branch for its service - they could not fix the door and said it needed to go to a panel beater. They would make the arrangements. We took it back to them a second time and still no joy. We then contacted the principle dealer in Paarl he organised for the door to be fixed. Regrettably 6 months down the line the vehicle still makes the same noise.

I feel that Hyundai is trying to prolong this issue so that the vehicle falls out of its guarantee/warantee. Please fix my car!!!
