I would just like to say that i have never been treated this unprofessionally by an VW dealer. I went to them about 2 months ago to place an order for new shocks on my VW Amarok which is covered by the fabric warranty, so that by the time when my vehicle's service is due the shocks will be there, but they could not supply the shocks when the service was due, so i took my vehicle for the service which was a disaster they did not do everything which i specified on a written letter, i received my vehicle back dirty (inside and outside) even after the lady told me that they cleaned it inside but could not do the outside because of water problems. So a week after the service they called me to rate their service and i told the lady who phoned me everything mentioned above and she responded by saying that she will come back to me before the end of last week to clarify everything. So I am still waiting to hear from her when will my shocks arrive and when will they fix the rest of the problems i have stated on the paper which i have given to them.
