Chevrolet Trailblazer scratched windows

We purchased a Chevrolet Trailblazer on 6 Sept '13 from Le Roux Motors. The afternoon after we received the vehicle we went to show friends the car and in the light we saw scratches on the l/f door window & r/r back window. Monday 9 Sept we phoned the dealer and told him about the scratches as well as bubbles on the smash & crab. We took the car back Friday 13 Sept for the towbar, number plate, scratched windows & smash & grab. We had to show Marthin the scratches in the light because he could not see it in the shade. They only sorted out the towbar. I received an email 1 Oct 13 that they are not going to replace the windows because we received the car and nothing was said about scratches on the windows. I replied to them that we did contact Marthin about the scratches and that we were in the building and that you can only see it in the sunlight. We are still waiting for them to sort out the number plate after almost a month but my biggest concern is the windows. A brand new car with scratch windows is unacceptable for me. The car came from another dealership, went through so many hands but nobody is taking ownership.
