Illegitimate deal

My dad inlaw went online 2weeks before he passed from his home in KZN & decided 2 sell his current car which was still financed & insured, & buy a 2nd hand car with finance from Inspect A Car, an arrangement was made for my dad in law 2 meet the salesman halfway & swap the cars & complete paperwork. This was done but a few days later my dad inlaw passed away suddenly.@ the time of his death the vehicle he sold was still registered in his name & an installment was also taken after his death, the new vehicle was'nt yet financed nor change of ownership done as my inlaws married in community & my mom inlaw hadn't yet counter signed. The very next day after his death, we contacted the finance org MFC & inspect a car 2 cancel the entire deal on both cars & return his prev car 2 her & new car returned 2 insp car as the old car still inlaws name & the new car not as yet gone through COR or financed or insured, & we had found numerous faults on the car & my mom in law didn't want this car, but the dealer refused 2 cancel Deal & registered new car in my dad name 18days after death and sold old car 2 after his death & cant produce COR papers on new car. We just want deal cancelled & no costs
