No Payment recieved!!! STILL WAITING!!!

I went to Jaco Smith from 3way auto with a 2012 Chev Sonic 1.6 LS that I wanted to sell. He said that he will buy the car from me for the amount of R112000. I then took the car to 3Way Auto on the 1st of October 2013 and gave him all the paperwork needed and they said that they will make the payment the same day. It is now the 8th of October 2013 and I am still waiting for payment!! They make one promise after the other that they will pay and I phone them up to 4 times a day. Jaco are starting to ignore my phone calls and is staring to make me worried!!! I have to make payments and don't have cash flow to do so! He already made me loose holding deposits on other cars and this deal is starting to cost me a lot of money! I think this is a very selfish act and that they have no humanity! I Even went there on the 7th of October and we had a chat about the money and I begged him for a payment and he said, "don't worry you will have your money by the end of the day". The wheel will turn one day...
