DENTED BONNET

Took my car for a service, incompletely serviced. No filters or parts available (three weeks ago).
I am patient and have been waiting, but my frustration is growing. my car stayed over night because the service was not completed, still not done! my car has three dents on the front bonnet! looks very nasty! i reported it on the spot to the service manager, pathetic service! told me im a and its rusted, while he peeled the paint off himself! I complained to the DP AND still waiting for a response?? and when will my car be serviced? I just got a call from a Honda consultant asking if i would like to sell my car! I WOULD AFTER THIS EPISODE!
