Cancellation of Deal/Money withheld

I purchase a Honda Jazz from Honda Nelspruit (R550km from Eshowe) through Wesbank and deposit R95000.I made it clear the car must be very neat, no marks on upholstery, paint etc. I confirmed that there are no marks anywhere on upholstery before the car is delivered to me in Eshowe. Delivery was offered to me with no mention of costs. Three scratches were supposed to be repaired in way to avoid painting entire panels and two pressure dents were not as I was told it need painting and it will give impression the car was in accident. The car was delivered with a painted bonnet full of marks and stains on all the seats as well as a hole on the rear seat from a cigarette. I called the dealer and I was informed to send the driver back with car and it will not be a problem to cancel the deal and that the car was probably used as a taxi to Eshowe. Honda refuse to reimburse my deposit even after PD Terblanche said he will (email) and withheld R9493 for services rendered. I never signed for the vehicle nor owned it. A detailed 5 page report was sent to the Dealer Principal and staff. Emails and pictures are available for evidence. The deal was cancelled through Honda's negligance.
