Worst Service

I have never received such ridiculous service ever. Auto magic never provides feedback about how far my vehicle is or anything and when you call them you speak to a consultant by the name of Nhlanhla who can never give you information and always says she will call you back but never does and when you eventually get any kind of information about you car they always give you dates that are always moved or stories that don't add up. It is so frustrating to deal with people who can never put themselves in others shoes. If your in the service industry you job is to provide service and if your unable to do that then get out of the business so you can give other people the opportunity to do better than you. I will never again take my car to Auto Magic in Rivonia, you guys are the worst and for a first time car owner I was not expecting such pathetic service. Its not like my car is being fixed for free or your paying me to fix my vehicle, you are being paid so provide better service
