Honda Cape Town, bad service!!

I sent two bikes to Honda Cape Town, one for service and one for repairs. First of all they said the bikes will only take a couple of days. I received both bikes back a month later!!

But that is not my complaint.

Upon receiving the bikes there were a couple of problems.
1. Bike #1 had a dead battery, and the battery casing is so tight that I can not remove the battery. I spend two hours yesterday in the sun trying to jump start my newly serviced bike. When contacting Honda Cape Town about this they assured me they will phone me back in 10min, IT'S BEEN 6 DAYS!!! I send the bike in working condition.

2. Bike #2 has a piston problem and this is after its been in the shop for a month! When we contacted Honda they told us to bring the bike back. This is a problem as we are students and a one way trip to Honda costs us R600, never minding the fact that we need our bikes to get to class and such.

I just want to say that we were more than patient when waiting for our bikes (one month), just to receive them in a non working condition. How can Honda send a bike back without checking if it starts?? And when confronted in a very friendly manner, not care!

More than 3 months to fix minor issues
