New car having dificulty with starting

I bought my car from Barons Woodmead brand new in December 2010 but in about a year and a half driving it I started to experience a starting (turning on the car) problem when the weather is high in temperature because the I turn it on then it goes off by itself while the key is fully turned on, plus it does not drive as smooth as it would normally.

cars do not fail to start because the weather temperature decided to up a little.

I find this frustrating because I have been taking my car back to them to get it fixed but they have failed.
i waist my time and petrol taking the car to BARONS WOODMEAD for no results and the follow up calls checking up on you as a customer are purely done for show on thier side.

i chose VW because of their reputation, which really should not hold up or be allowed to stand ground.
