TNT services do not deliver as they promise in ad

I was phoned on 16 Sept to be informed that the parcel is with TNT services and will be delivered on 18 Sept.
The staff at TNT services did not get back to me at different occasions.
When they got back, they gave contradicting information.
I had to make numerous calls to get some service out of them.
Finally they did not "charter a plane" to get my urgent parcel to me. I had to drive to the airport on 29 Sept to get the parcel.
The parcel was in their 'hands" for 13 days!!!
