Unfriendly attitude and not willing to assist

I am such a huge die hard VW fan and have owned 5 VW vechiles last year and still currently own 3 of them, all my friends drive VW's, but after the bad treatement i got from the staff at Barons Woodmead, i am thinking of getting rid of all of them.

I pulled into Barons woodmead on friday afternoon, parked my VW Ctit Golf and went inside to buy floor mats for my car, when i was done and wanted to leave my car did not want to start. A young mechanic that works there came out and passed me when i explained to him that my car was giving me problems and suddenly did not want to start. He then asked me which car it was that i was driving and as he was about to walk to my car to help me check what the problem was, his manager over heard me asking him for help and then rushed out to stop him. The mechanic that was willing to assist me stopped and told me that he cannot assist me as i need to speak to the manager and fill out forms and see a service consultant. The mechanic and manager then walked into the workshop leaving me standing there untill i had to get family to tow me home.

My question is, is this the type of service VW provides to VW owners that need help?
