We will make your occasion memorable... by not showing up!!!
A Limousine was hired for a WEDDING to be held on Friday, 4 October 2013. The booking was paid for and confirmed on 3 October. Low and behold when the bride had to be collected BOTH Ebony & Ivory's Limo's had mysteriously broken down. However they assured us that one of the vehicles would be repaired & the situation salvaged. Then, 10 minutes after the bride had to be collected we were informed that the Limo had "broken down" again. Surely Luis, if you run a business you should always have a plan B ready?? When Luis was confronted telephonically, he became aggressive and verbally abusive. He is yet to refund the R3 500.00 owed for services NOT RENDERED. We certainly will NOT RECOMMEND Ebony & Ivory Limousines - you will be greatly disappointed by the unprofessional and rude Antunes.
