Bad Service when purchasing a brand new Ca

My son purchased his first brand new vehicle last week from Baron's VW. It is something he wanted to do for himself and by himself. This experience is now turning into a nightmare by the way Baron's VW in Woodmead have treated him and his purchase since his purchase last Thursday, 10 January 2013.
Firstly, he was mislead into believing that the installment included a maintenance plan, only to find out subsequently that it did not, then when they swopped the alloy wheels which was on the vehilce to the standard steel rims, they did not bother to send the vehicle for re-alignment and delivered the vehicle to him at the end of a working day with the alignment off. They then had the audacity to to him that the vehicle was set up to pull to the left as a safety feature which turned out to be total hogwash because they did not want to pay for the alignment. Subsequently, they've sorted out the alignment, but when fitting his numberplate (holder and plate), they scratched the bumper, then did a shoddy job of repairing leaving overspray on the badges, a gritty residue, a mismatched colour and streaks on the tail light and rear window. Extremely POOR SERVICE from BARONS VW.
