New Scooter falls apart and keeps breaking

I bought a new 125cc gomotto scooter from Johnway in Brakpan and from the start it keeps breaking and falling apart. It was send in numerous times and I still had to pay for parts and labour even though it is under warranty. I'm hoping that when it comes out again i'll be able to find somebody stupid enough to buy this piece off at a reasonable price before it breaks again. It will never be a reliable transportation method even if it is bought brand new as in my case.
