Don't buy Jonway scrap

I bought a Jonway Gomoto Urban scooter from the Jonway dealer in Brakpan brand new on 24/04/2013 and from the start having problems with it. It struggles to start if it starts and the headlights are meting the covers and burning the wires and kick starter don't work properly and parts falling off while im driving. I took it already 2 times in and the same problems is still there. It is currently standing in my garage for 3 days now and doesn't start.
