Complaint about jonway motorcycles

I ordered a scooter from Gomoto in Krugersdorp, Johannesburg. when i payed the deposit they told me i would have the scooter ready for pick up in 3-5 working days. it has been 2 weeks and i still don't have the scooter. apparently Jonway's head offices computers are offline and it doesn't look like they are doing anything to resolve this issue. i'm tired of waiting for it, this is unacceptable and unprofessional.
