I took ownership of my new black CPS on the 16th September 2013 with no spare key. I informed all parties concerned that there were teardrops and scratches on the doors, scratches on the windows, items tarnished/rusted such as grills in front and back, wipers, etc. They have had my car on 3 occasions. The 2nd time they took my car in and had it buffed and polished by a total as it was returned to me covered in white buffing compound in all the crevices. The 3rd time result - I received my vehicle back after 10 days only to still have white marks in the crevices, one window still scratched and a dent in the drivers door!! I have tried all avenues within their company for assistance but OMW it is like you are dealing with people with ZERO customer service experience. The car has been at the dealer for a total of 3 weeks since I purchased it and yes they provided me with a bottom of the range courtesy car (one un- licenced for 3 days and without a jack!) but not one genuine apology or offer of compensation... I really don't want this car anymore - they should replace it with a new one!! It seems that legal action is my only option going forward! FURIOUS CUSTOMER
