Worst service EVER!!!

I had smash and grab installed on my windows at Auto Image Alberton in July. Two weeks later the driver window was full of little bubbles, took my car back, and they refused to replace it but tried to rub the bubbles out. I was told that the film had a life time guarantee and I can bring my car back if it the bubbles don't go away. For the next 4 months the film on ALL my windows started lifting and making bubbles. Took my car back and the OWNER of all people told me that it was a problem with my windows, that I have to pay again to replace it. When I refused to pay again he got very angry and rude and eventually locked his office door and left, he refused to discuss the problem or admit that it was their mistake or refund me. I took my car to another dealer (same product), thanks to the main supplier, and the guys there laughed when they saw how he applied the film to my windows! They also said its impossible that there is a problem with my windows, and that there is no way you can apply the film in 45 min like he did! This guy does not deserve to sell smash and grab film and no one should go to Auto Image in Alberton, they will ruin your day! What a horrible, aggressive owner!
