Poor window tinting

I took my 2 month old car to klingshield to have the windows tinted, was told it takes 2 hours, wasted half the day, after a month the tint had patches. i went back to them last week they refunded me and removed the tint. the windows are full of scratches. i called Leon to inform him, he wants proof that it was them they were the only people that worked on the windows. There was no scratches on the windows prior to them working on it. He has a bad attitude and says that i must do what ever i want.
