APPALLING AND PATHETIC SERVICE ALL ROUND!!!

Hi,

I purchased a brand new chev utility about 3 months ago. The service I have received from GM is absolutely pathetic, ranging from sales person to sales manager to dealer principal and even case manager from GM Customer Service. They are arrogant, ignorant and just refuse to sort out my vehicle! I have made several calls and sent several emails. Please see a portion of the last email I sent to GM Customer Service:

The list of issues may be defined as but not limited to;

i) The vehicle has been returned four times for repairs
ii) Driver seat cradle was damaged and had to be replaced
iii) Driver seatbelt was installed the "wrong way around"
iv) The vehicle was delivered to me with a quarter tank of oil - this begs the question 'how did the vehicle pass PDI? '
v) The canopy has been replaced three times thus far with the same recurring issues e.g. blistering paint, incorrectly aligned, dented as a result of the moulding process.
vi) The leather upholstery (though I have elected to accept it), leaves much to be desired
vii) A lot of mileage has been put on the vehicle by the dealership (which influences the depreciation of the vehicle), to date I have not received a logbook
