The worst customer experience I have ever had

I am very disappointed with the level of service I received from the VW midrand dealership. About 2 months ago I bought a vehicle from them and there were a couple of things wrong with the car. From the time I arrived at the dealership to collect the car till now the service has been poor to say the least. The car was not washed when I came to collect it and had to wait for it to be washed. I took it in last month to have it fixed and I concede that most of the faults were fixed but not all were properly fixed. During the whole process of having my car fixed I was not informed of the progress of the car and I had to constantly call and e-mail just to check how far things were. I also was not assisted to get my car delivered to me as Nicky had countless excuses why it could be delivered. Eventually I sent someone to collect the car. And the antenna was missing. I have had to call and e-mail Nicky to bring the antenna and he promised to bring it two weeks ago but to this day nothing. The has been no feedback from Nicky and I have had to be the one that had to ask countless times where the antenna was. He is very unprofessional and doesn't value his customers.
