WORST SERVICE EVER ON CAR AND CUSTOMER

Never have I seen such, not only does it look dodgy (I wanted to leave but stayed cause it was E-CAR) but the service is bad.

I got there at passed 8 to find no one at reception, eventually when we get to the car and inspection is done I had to tell her to take the service book. I got dropped off in my own car, my car was done at passed 12pm I was only fetched in a car that looked like needed service self, at passed 3:00 after nagging them with calls cause they weren't busy.

No one attended to us once we were at reception, the parts taken out of the car we had to ask for them and the boxes the "new" parts came from were not there? That to me means that fake parts were put in my car, why else could they not give me boxes of the new parts? No one even took me to the car to check and show me what was done to the car and if I was happy with it. So I went to the car to check if all was there and i found that the handbrake was not even adjusted. What else was not done to the car, that I do not know about?? When I asked why the handbrake was not done, I was told that some customers don't like it being adjusted? REALLY, that's how u service

No apology was made, no care in the world. NOTHING.
