Bad service and non communications

On the 04/02/2013 we took our car for services, our car had no problem when it was driven there. How ever we were told that there a sum parts that needed to be replaced and we did agree on that the part can be replaced and they did give us a quatation of R12 555 which was transfered to their acc by us..its almost 3Months now, then we dicided to confront them and check what was the delay..they only told us that there are sum more parts that needed to be replaced they need an extra R7500..however we did give them a go ahead to proceed with that..since then there is no communication, no curtesy call whats so ever..its going for 4Months now since our car is been with them. I dont understand why do they need to order parts from Germany..so it means that if the car was a write off we would have to wait for 24months for it to be fixed..We have porsche SA u will never hear them telling there clients about parts that needed to be ordered in SA. I m not happy with there services its been 4months now and i m working shifts i need to use my car. Service that takes 4months its impossible..Maybe its because i m black... The service is bad i m not a happy client.
