Wanted to my gearbox

Norman requested me to pay for a gearbox before delivery. When I refused to do so, he told me that he had the parts that I needed in stock and that I actually do not need a complete gearbox. He would send these parts to the workshop where my car was being repaired. His driver arrived the following day without the parts and wanted to collect my gearbox. I phoned Norman to ask where the parts were, to which he replied that he would fix the gearbox himself. I told him that, that was not the agreement and he needed to send the parts as I asked him to do in the first place. He apologized and promised that the parts would be delivered the following day. This never happened! Norman, therefore, with his friendly personality wanted to firstly me out of money, when this did not happen he wanted to my gearbox. Fortunately he only managed to two days of my time. Please do not do business with Norman!!
