Availability of Parts

My gwm steed 5 was in a accident. Not to bad though, everything is new parts that needs to be replaced. The suppliers for the pannel beating shop has placed an order on the 12 July 2013 already. We where at the suppliers office to day and according to them gwm replied and told them that their is trouble with the ordering of some of the parts. I mean really if you want to sell vehicles you must be able to reply with good after sale service as well. And whats scary is that I have in the past deal with gwm bad service as well. I'm still waiting for the new glove box that was apparently ordered and that was a yaer back, and the motor mechs from gwm centurion select argued with me about the ride height that could not be adjusted. I have to show them that it could be adjustable. The order number for my bakkies parts are HQ-ES 016225. Please get something done.
