Poor Service

My Car was in for service at McCarthy VW Silverlakes, after collecting my vehicle on the way home I realized that my car was not washed properly and that my handbrake was not adjusted. The following day a lady phoned me and asked if I was happy with the service I received, I replied and said that I was not happy as my car was not cleaned properly and that my handbrake was not adjusted? She answered me by saying that they are making use of an outsource company to wash the cars and that they had previous complaints of cars that was not washed properly, in reply to the handbrake she said that she will have to get a service advisor to phone me back. I am not happy with this service, firstly if you know there is a problem with the car wash, fix it! After all, If I have a bad experience as a customer, I don't care what outsource company you use, to me it's VW! Very unhappy!!!
