It is now Thursday. 1st the Parcel was sent to the wrong place. Then today I call, no your Parcel is at the correct location. Go to collect... no sorry we do not have your parcel

Call again find out what is going on. Sorry, there is a strike try again tomorrow

If you expect people to pay a premium for overnight, then you need to make sure you deliver on your promise... or refund!!! We pay for overnight for a reason. I needed that parcel on Tuesday already
