Shockingly poor service!

I had sent in my car on Monday the 23rd for a minor boot repair. The driver from Volvo dropped me off at my home, just 10mins from the dealership, my car was completed by mid-day and Andre said there aren't any drivers available to pick me up until later in the day, I said it was fine. Then he phones later that he won't be able to get anyone to pick me up as there are no drivers available and that he will only be able to do so on Wednesday. I was obviously not happy about this and told him that there's nothing I can do but to wait till Wednesday and be stranded for 2 days without a car. On Wednesday I phone constantly trying to get a hold and no answer up until 7:45, where Andre then tells me that he has to drop of other clients first before picking me up, meanwhile I've been waiting since Monday! now I'm late for work and an important meeting. Worst service I've ever received! no regard for clients time at all!
