Terrible service and attitude

A Rental car was arranged for me through my broker at Gage Car Hire. Gage Car Hire contacted me yesterday confirming twice at 16:53 and 16:23 that they will bring the car to Volvo on Hendrik Potgieter between 8:00 and 8:30. This morning I took my car in and waited, eventually they phoned me at 8:47 asking if I am on my way to collect the car! I told them no I am waiting at Volvo because they had to deliver the car there. Then the lady tells me no I had to come pick up the car. I even spelled out the street names where the car must be delivered, why would I do that if the arangement was to collect the car? I told her I am very unhappy about this. I phoned the manager called Sally at 8:54, they then said the car will be there in 30 to 45 minutes! I told her to cancel the car because I have already been at VOLVO for an hour waiting for them, I can't sit there for another 45 minutes. I have meeting with clients that I have to get to! I told Sally I am very upset with their service and I won't leave it there, then she just rudely put the phone down ending the call! My wife left work to pick me up now! This is the most shocking service!
