I took my 2007 Volvo C70 in because the electric convertible roof stopped working. The car was at the agents for 4 days, after I was initially told they would try to finish the car the same day! After 4 days they still had no idea what the cause of the problem was and since I was stranded without a car I had to get the car back. I encountered very poor service, with messages not being returned, and getting the distinct impression that my car was not being attended to. What's more is that since getting the car back I've noticed a number of new problems that were not there before they worked on the car. The biggest issue I have with Volvo is that I sent the head office an email describing the episode I experienced with Volvo Bryanston and although I received a read receipt for the email, I've not had any response from them to this date! I not only explained what happened but also asked whether they have a service centre that specializes in convertible roofs, and yet - no response! This is the most shocking customer service and certainly not what I expected from Volvo!
