Still no progress

I have been waiting since 12 September 2013 for any response/feedback from GWM Head Office (after I was promised that I will be helped).

My car is still not fixed and still has the dent and bad spray work GWM Centution not only caused but also tried to "repair".

No response from either the branch or Head Office since 12/13 September.
