We were made to believe that Smart Removals will pick up our things on Friday in Boksburg and deliver it on Monday at our new place in Herolds bay. Because we have a difficult driveway, Smart Removals is requiring us to use their per hour shuttle service. We made an agreement with them that they will invoice us for it once they have completed offloading. Understanding that our things will arrive on Monday, we drove down on Saturday with our pets and just enough food and clothes to last us until Monday.

Monday we woke up early to wait for Smart Removals to deliver our things.By midday we grew concerned and phoned them and spoke to Justin. He informed us that they may only arrive Tuesday or Wednesday because the truck is in the Eastern Cape. We told him that the truck was supposed to arrive on Monday, to which he responded that he will phone the driver, and get back to us. We waited an hour and a half and phoned again, he said he had trouble getting hold of the driver. We waited another half hour before calling again, this time he had got hold of the driver, who reported that he will be here at 10 AM on Wednesday.
