Extremely bad service

I have taken my car into their branch for 8 times this year and I dont think their macanics can fix a light bulb.

For 1 instance I took my car into them on 22 May 2013 to get a weird ticking sound coming my front right tyre fixed and now on the 28th August 2013 had to bring my car back into them for the same problem so they so called fixed it and what happens just over a week later the same ticking sound starts.

In April it happened aswell with something else in my car where they could not fix something the first time.

I am seriously livid with their service of cars they give.
If I knew how to fix cars i would do it myself but they suppose to be the experts.
