Bad mechanics and service

I took my car to Car Service City in Auckland Park. I fetched the car and in the morning the next day I realised that the car was leaking oil (when I checked the level half the oil was gone, I'm just glad I checked when I did) and the front right tyre sounds like its touching something while on the move. I took it back, when I fetched it both problems had not been fixed. Had to take it back again. The oil problem was finally fixed but the tyre is still touching something and the guy there claims its the shocks. My problem is that the car was not making that sound when I took it there. I jacked it up and spun the tyre and it sounds like the tyre is braking. That was by FAR the worst service I have ever received from any Car Service City. I'l stick to the Centurion branch from now on.
