Sick and tired of the same thing over and ove

Please can you help.

Please read e-mail below and since then bmw fixed the car which had a sound to the engine and few months later
The same sound is back and the car standing at Auric Auto in Claremont.

BMW supposed to have work done which is 24 months guaranteed but this car has gone in almost every 3 - 4 months since 2010.

They telling me I have to pay R2400 to have the car fixed and I'm not paying for it because they supposedly fixed
This problem in August.

I am so tired of fighting with them because this car has been nothing but endless problem from in the 1st month
I ourchased it.

Please can you help me sort this out or tell me what I can do.
