My wife bought a Mazda 2 from Paul Maher Auto (Ford & Mazda Dealership) in August 2010, she is now looking at trading it in as the car is just too small for her now. After going to a dealer we found out that they sold us the pre-facelift model in August when the facelift model was coming out very shortly at no extra cost, they were obviously just trying to get rid of the old stock and at no point did they tell us that the facelift model would be coming out shortly and do we want to rather wait for that, which of course we would have. Them doing that has now cost us almost R20 000, as they only willing to pay us almost R20 000 less than they would if it was the facelift model. i will not every go near that ford dealership in my life and i will make sure i let everyone know if they looking at buying a Ford for Mazda to not go near that dealership.
