We booked our Terios in for its 90, 000km service on the morning of 12 September. Since then we have phoned the Service Centre numerous times to get confirmation when the Terios will be ready for collection. The few times that somebody did answer, they had to take a message, as nobody could tell us if the Terios was ready or not. We were never called back. The Service Manager and the Dealer Principal were also not available to take our telephone calls when we realised that we were not going to get any joy from the Service Centre personnel. On 13 September Daihatsu informed us that a replacement part they received was faulty and a new part had to be ordered. We found out on 18 September that Daihatsu actually damaged a part and was waiting for the new part to arrive. Our car is still not ready and at this rate I hope that Daihatsu realise that they will have to make alternative arrangements for travel to our holiday destination this coming weekend. We will never take our car to the Boksburg Service Centre ever again. It is a surprise that they are still operational with the complete lack of service they provide their customers.
