Regret buying a Daihatsu Terios

I regret buying a Daihatsu Terios! Reason being that I have to deal with the terrible service given at Imperial selects service centre in Boksburg (Rietfontein road). I sent my car for a major service at 90000 kms, when I look at what should be checked and replaced according to my manual, more than half of it isn't recorded on the service breakdown sheet? Verbally I was "reassured" that everything was done as per the manuals requirements. In the morning when I left my Daihatsu for the service the tech asked if I had any concerns that needed checking. I said to please check my brakes as they click and clip when used. On pick up my brakes are clicking and clipping worse than before and I still had dead bugs and soap stains as it wasn't washed properly. When I remarked on this the reason I got was, oh, it rained. For the brakes apparently a faulty brake clip? My penny compartment next to the steering wheel was man handled, so for the third time I went back inside to get someone to fix it. What I gather is that there is no regard for the client vehicle nor for the client!
