Daihatsu sold me a lemon Terios 4x4 Offroad

Bought Terios Offroad from Mahindra Pietermaritzburg in March 2013, been trying to get it fixed since then. Car splutters (have left me stuck on the road) and radio not working properly, the exhaust is shaking about and after a "fix" it has now knocked a hole through the wheelcover! Car knocks through on the left back side when going over bumps and round corners and the shocks have already been replaced twice and needs replacing again (after 4000km) and it doesn't even have 20 000km on the clock yet. We've had the car at the Daihatsu workshop every 2nd week since we've bought it. Their customer care don't come back to you and we just don't know where to go any more!
