Daihatsu Headache

Cars & Transport

I bought a Daihatsu Terios on 04/11/2010 from Daihatsu Princess Crossing, with a 36 month/ 75000km maintenance plan, expiring on 03/11/2013. I took my car for its 45000km service to the Centurion branch, today 9/9/2013. I was told that my maintenance plan had already expired in July 2013. After numerous phone calls, I was informed that the Maintenance plan on my car was registered in July 2010, even though the car was only sold to me on 04/11/2010. I have spent this entire morning trying to get this mess sorted out, because even though I was not the one registering a Maintenance plan months before a vehicle was actually sold, this is now my problem because I am the owner of this unfortunate vehicle and I want my car to be serviced.
